Halloween Things To Do This Weekend: Tampa

Whether you’re going to a Halloween party or hosting your own, there are plenty of Halloween things to do this weekend in the Bay Area.

Nightmare in Wonderland:

Join a mysterious night at Jackson’s Bistro Bar & Sushi as Alice’s nightmares come to life. The costume party will feature music by three DJs, dancers, stilt walkers, multiple light shows and a costume contest worth $1,750 in prizes. $10 cover for women, $15 men (Friday); $20 advance. $25 at door (Saturday). 10 p.m Friday and Saturday at 601 S. Monster Beach Mash:

Enjoy a haunted beach bar and carnival featuring stilt walkers, flame dancers, scare zones, dunk tank, pumpkin carving, drinking games, and more. Downtown After Dark: Halloween in the City:

Four different downtown venues come together to host a big Halloween event. “The Exorcist: Mad House Party” (Anise Global Gastrobar), “Day of the Dead Glow Party” (Spain), “1, 2 Freddie’s Coming For You” (Jerk Hut) and “Dance Party of Gone Legends” (Pokeys).Go to one or enjoy them all for $35, $15 for one venue. 777. Rocky Horror Halloween Extravaganza:

Shepard’s Haunted Hotel Costume Contest:

On Saturday night Shepard’s Beach Resort is hosting a $2,000 costume contest at midnight. There will be live entertainment starting at 8 p.m. 619 S. Gulfview Blvd., Clearwater Beach. (727) 442-5107.
