According to police, a student reported hearing a gunshot sometime before 6:30 a.m. about four or five blocks from a bus stop at 47th Street and 26th Avenue.
At this time, TPD has no evidence of a gun being fired in the area. The only reason TPD responded was to interview the student(s) who have been talking about hearing the gunfire in the neighborhood.
