A 17 year old Chamberlain High student is dead after she was hit by a car Tuesday morning.
Authorities say Alexis Miranda was not in a crosswalk when she was struck while crossing Busch Boulevard.
Police say surveillance cameras at a nearby business caught the entire incident.
The driver, 33 year old Belovedofgod Chiza Ndegwa, has not yet been charged.
But police say he has 14 traffic tickets in Maryland since 2012.
