Pasco Elementary School Evacuated

The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday they’re investigating an alleged bomb threat at Sunray Elementary School in Holiday.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the school received a bomb threat on a voicemail on Tuesday morning. Students are being taken on buses to the nearby Publix parking lot while the school is checked, as a precaution.

Students who ride bikes or walk to school are also being offered a ride to the parking lot until they can return to school safely or will be moved to another location for the day.

The Pasco Sheriff’s Office is on scene conducting a sweep of the school and investigating the threat.
