Zika Receives Another Key Endorsement In District 37 Run

Associated Builders and Contractors Endorse Zika for State Representative

The Florida Gulf Coast chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors announced on Thursday that they are endorsing Ardian Zika for State Representative in District 37.

District 37 for the Florida House of Representatives includes Land O’ Lakes, Odessa, and nearby towns.  It will be a contested race for the first time in a while, with Florida Speaker of the House Richard Corcoran holding the spot unopposed in the 2016 and 2014 elections.  Corcoran is term-limited and will not be running in 2018.

“Today, we are pleased to offer our endorsement of Ardian Zika to become the District 37 Representative to the Florida State Legislature,” said Scott Hossenloop, Chairman of Associated Builders and Contractors, Florida Gulf Coast Chapter. “Ardian is a rising business leader in the Tampa Bay area. He understands the importance of the construction industry in Florida and the jobs created by our industry.”

“I am honored to have the support and endorsement of the Associated Builders and Contractors,” said Ardian Zika. “These business owners know first-hand that lower taxes, a strong educational system, and a balanced regulatory framework form the foundation for economic growth and prosperity. They know the challenges that rapidly rising health care and workers compensation costs present for Florida employees and businesses. I am grateful for their endorsement and support!”
