Does Video Show Clinton Campaign Breaking Law?

James O’Keefe and his Project Veritas allegedly captured illegal activities surrounding voter fraud.

This time O’Keefe captured Hillary Clinton campaign operatives discussing how they skirt Nevada voter registration laws. It is illegal for campaign operatives to discuss or endorse a candidate while registering voters. The video demonstrates Clinton campaign staffers laughing about the law while bragging about dispensing Hillary-related campaign literature. Their motto: Ask for forgiveness.

The law states campaign staffers cannot “solicit a vote for or against a particular question or candidate; speak to a voter on the subject of marking his or her ballot for or against a particular question or candidate.”

O’Keefe earned fame for capturing hidden video among ACORN operatives. His efforts led to the complete collapse and de-funding of ACORN, which has reconstituted under a variety of names and funding efforts.

Is this a smoking gun or just an amateur doing “gotcha-style” undercover work?

According to the video, when the attorney in question, identified as Christina Gupana, was told about this alleged lawbreaking she advised the staffers to, “Do whatever you can. Whatever you can get away with, just do it, until you get kicked out like totally.” — Breitbart.com
