Club Viva is no stranger to shootings. Back in August of 2015 there were three people wounded when shots were fired.

During that shooting there were an estimated 500 people inside the club. One witness told abc action news that they saw a fight about to break out at the bar and went to get security, but security didn’t do anything.

Three men were shot while dancing in the club in that case. Security is supposed to keep guns and contraband out of the club so it was unclear how the gun got in.

The shooting that took place Monday morning is still a developing story. Stay with News Talk Florida for new updates as they become available.
