Ramos Design Build Launches Tampa Bay Development Project Series

James Ramos, CEO of Ramos Design Build, announced today that he will collaborate with United Cities Productions to launch a series focused on the Tampa Bay design, architecture, construction, and real estate industries.  The series, entitled “Move with Me,” will be an outlet for developers, designers, architects, contractors, and agents to highlight work across the Tampa Bay community.

It will be broadcasted weekly from multiple locations, including the WWBA AM820 soundstage, the Indigo Coffee House + Social Bar, and at major real estate projects across Tampa Bay.   The initial episode will air August 13th from 11am to noon on WWBA AM820 and online at www.jamesramos.com.

The concept of “Move with Me” originated from the book of the same name, which is authored by James Ramos.  In the book, Ramos explores the symbiotic relationship between the multiple services needed to design, build, finance, close, and manage a real estate transaction.

The series will be original in format, integrate the use of video, social media, podcasting, iTunes, and radio mediums, and be distributed for an international audience. The initial episodes of “Move with Me” are currently in development and the producers are accepting suggestions on projects to be included within the series. Interested parties are encouraged to submit ideas and suggestions to Taylor Trayner at ttrayner@jamesramos.com.

“Tampa Bay is quickly changing from a best kept secret to the gem of our state,” said James Ramos, CEO of Ramos Design Build. “I am looking forward to exposing international audiences to the amazing real estate projects being developed in Tampa Bay and the professionals involved in their creation.”

“James Ramos is well known for his commitment to innovation, quality, and community,” said Sandy Murman, Hillsborough County Commissioner. “I am excited to see which real estate project will be selected as the focus of his first episode.”
