A world-renowned musician and composer has been brutally murdered in his rented Dunnellon Florida home.
The body of 71 year old Don “Terry” Plumeri was found inside his West Candier Court house where he stayed often because he said it was quiet and he could concentrate on his music.
Police say the house was ransacked in a way similar to a dozen other break-ins nearby.
Plumeri’s work was in dozens of Hollywood films, and he is a gold and platinum recording artist.
