The southwestern U.S. saw record rainfall Monday and flooded roadways and caught drivers off guard. This video shows some of the flooding in Nevada. It was filmed by a passenger along I-15 near Misquite. The roadway is barely visible.
Arizona governor Jan Brewer declared an emergency Monday as flooding closed roads and schools in her state.
