Warm, Humid and Rainy Tuesday

Heavy rains overnight have produced flooding conditions for many areas in Citrus and Hernando counties this morning.  That rain is moving southward into Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough counties now, but the line will fall apart as it does.  There is a Flood Watch in effect for Pasco northward until 10am.

This afternoon beings more spotty rainfall, but it will also include the chance for some good storms.  It will be warm and very humid with mostly cloudy skies north and partly sunny skies south.  Winds will blow SW 10-20 mph as T.D. Beryl continues to move NE along the coasts of GA, SC & NC.

Rain chances will decrease to 30% over the next few day, but the heat and very humid airmass will remain in place.

Today: Partly sunny south, mostly cloudy north with scattered showers and storms.  Winds SW 10-20 mph with highs in the upper 80s to near 90.

Tonight: Partly cloudy warm and muggy with light winds and a few showers along the coast in the early morning hours.  Winds SW 5-10 mph with lows near 80 at the beach, low 70s inland.
