French President Hollande used the strongest terms to respond to the terrorist attacks launched on his country by ISIS. The investigation into the attacks continues, and 2 of those 7 held in Belgium have been arrested, the other 5 released, and the manhunt for the 8th continues.

As forensic crime technicians comb over evidence left behind by the attackers, authorities hope even more elements of the terror network will be revealed. Meanwhile, signs of recovery, as the lights of the Eiffel Tower are back on, and tourist attractions are re-opening.
