Will There Be A Deal Between Congress, WH?

The clock is ticking, and the race is on between the White House and Congressional leaders to reach some sort of budget deal to take care of a myriad of issues confronting the government.

First, you have defense spending (with Republicans want increased), then you have domestic spending (which the Dems want increased as long as you are increasing defense spending), which could also take care of some long-awaiting infrastructure needs like the highway bill, which of course could happen as long as you raise the debt ceiling. Can agreement be reached that would take care of all these issues on one giant swoop? Karen has the word on whether there is any progress to report.
