WH Finalizing Executive Executive Action Plans Regarding Guns

The White House is reportedly finalizing a new executive action regarding gun control measures, though Press Secretary Josh Earnest refused to elaborate on the timeline to issue unilateral proposals. Of course anything President Obama decides to do will most likely set up a major battle with Republicans in Congress and gun rights groups.

Meanwhile, in Connecticut, where 20 children and six educators were killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newton, Gov. Dannel Malloy proposed his executive order capacity to ban gun sales to those on federal no-fly lists. That would make it the first such state to enact such a restriction, but first they need to get the no-fly list from the federal government.
