Uber Driver to Jeb: And You Are?

 

An Uber driver picked up presidential candidate and former Florida governor Jeb Bush in San Francisco yesterday and failed to recognize him.

A Yemeni immigant, Munir Algazaly, 35, has been driving for Uber for well over a year. He said he had idea he was chauffeuring a major political figure.

Democrats in San Francisco have been fighting Uber, but the Republicans in the state support the company. It’s on the of reasons Bush used the company’s app to summon Mr. Algazaly.

What impact did Mr. Bush make on his fellow citizen? Algazaly said he doesn’t normally vote, but he might be inclined to now. Asked who he’d vote for he said: “Hillary Clinton”.
