House Revives Pres. Obama’s Embattled Trade Agenda

President Obama’s Fast-Track authority isn’t dead yet. The House has revived the President’s embattled trade agenda, voting on Thursday to grant him “fast track” authority to send Congress trade agreements it can reject or ratify but not change. Now it’s up to the Senate, where another uphill battle awaits. And a big week on the campaign trail.
