Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, and Martin O’Malley will be on the stage at Drake University Saturday night, for the next scheduled Democratic Debate, this one moderated primarily by CBS News. Wage stagnation, which the Dems feel will be a key issue for them against Republicans in November will be one of the main deliberation points, as will immigration.
Clinton is in the catbird seat, and another strong debate showing could further seal the deal in her favor, without any need for her to slide further left to hedge against Sanders gaining additional supporters.
ABC’s Alex Stone will be in Des Moines to set how things stack up at the moment.
