Obama Takes Break In Vacation To Return To White House

President Obama arrived back at the White House around midnight for two days of behind the scenes meetings, including a briefing from the Attorney General on the persistent violence in Missouri, and a National Security Council meeting on Iraq.

On Sunday, in a notification consistent with the War Powers Act, President Obama informed Congress the US unleashed fierce attacks on ISIS warriors hold the strategic Mosul Dam.
