With American troops now engaged in significant new military strikes in Iraq, and considering actin in Syria, President Obama flies to Charlotte North Carolina to address veterans at the American Legion’s annual convention. This comes months after the American Legion led the call for resignations and overhaul of the broken Veterans Affairs department.
