President Obama is expected to offer an administrative “fix” this morning to the provision of the Affordable Care Act forcing millions of Americans to lose their existing health coverage by directing insurance companies to allow affected policy holders to renew their old coverage.
The president is scheduled to explain his proposal to White House reporters at 11:30 a.m. ET.
