Not only does it appear those that voted to remain with the European Union are still in shock, but apparently even those that voted to leave are in a state of shock over their victory. Now you have an online petition with more than 3 million votes, calling for a rematch.
While one never really knows, that would seem like a longshot, as votes are supposed to have consequences…otherwise, you could keep scheduling referendums till one side gets more exhausted than the other. In any case, its very complicated, volatile, uncharted, and uncertain new territory for England.
As most indicate it will take some time to unwind everything, those in the EU seem at this point to be telling the Brits not to let the door hit their behinds on the way out. ABC News Correspondent Tom Rivers joined us from London.
