Texans Watch An Earthen Dam

With four days left in the month and more rain in the forecast, this is already the third-wettest May in Texas history. Weeks of torrential rain and occasional tornadoes has claimed at least 16 lives, with more potential storm victims still unaccounted for.

ABC’s Jim Ryan updates the story from Dallas/Fort Worth.
