Storms Dump “Unprecedented” Rain on Coastal Texas

Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner says he’s never seen anything like it: Parts of his city are underwater after days of heavy rain. Bus and commuter train service was suspended and hundreds of thousands of school children were told to stay home on Monday.

Across Texas, flooding remains a threat, even after the rains have subsided. ABC’s Jim Ryan in Dallas will have the update.
