Report: Middle Aged People “Least” Happy

Middle-aged people at the least happy…with many struggling with the double responsibility of caring for children and elderly parents. Those are the findings of a new report from Britain’s office of National Statistics. Even pensioners…that’s retirees for us on this side of the Atlantic…over 90 report better life satisfaction and happiness than those aged 40 – 59.

On the other hand, people aged 65 to 79 tended to report the highest average levels of personal well being.
