Another police dog has died after being left in a hot vehicle.
The Muldrow, Oklahoma police officer who handled Zeke left the seven-year-old golden retriever in his marked SUV in order to write a report. He returned later to find that the air conditioning had malfunctioned and Zeke was dead.
At least four times this summer, in three different states, police dogs have died the same way.
