If Vice President Joe Biden were to announce his run for the presidency tomorrow, he would be doing so with little or no support from his own party. Many Senate Democrats have already openly declared their support of Hillary Clinton, and some, when asked, sang the vice president’s praises without actually saying they would endorse his run.
