At the trial of Baltimore police officer William Porter in the case of Freddie Gray’s death after sustaining injuries while in custody, the jury declared it could not reach a verdict forcing the judge to declare a mistrial.

An administrative hearing has been scheduled for Thursday to potentially schedule a new court date.
