Bill Cosby Arraigned, Bails Out

Dozens of women have accused sexual misconduct. On Wednesday, for the first time, the disgraced comedian was criminally charged over an encounter with one of them.

Twelve years ago court records say that Cosby gave Andrea Constand, a woman who considered him a mentor, three blue bills which rendered her unable to respond to his advances and committed aggravated sexual assault upon her.

Cosby, for his part, admits to having had sex with Constand, but claims it was consensual. The charges could send the 78-year-old to prison for up to 10 years.
