Bradenton Police are looking for a man pretending to be a police officer after he illegally pulled over a woman last week.
The fake policeman flashed green and red lights to pull over a woman last week. He could be driving a tan or gold Ford Crown Victoria.
He told the victim to get out of her car and into his, police said. When she refused, he went back to his car after he told her that he’s going back to call a female officer. But he sped away and the victim called 9-1-1.
Police urge anyone who may have information or been in a similar situation to call the Bradenton Police Department.
