Bystanders dive into a New Tampa retention pond this morning and pull a woman from her submerged car to safety.
26 year old Marla Zick, a USF student, is said to have a history of seizures.
Officials say that may be why she lost control of her car and ended up in the pond near New Tampa Boulevard and Meadow Pine Drive.
