According to Largo Police, the victim in this mornings shooting has been identified as 41-year-old Kristen Gannon. The male resident at the apartment was 36-year-old John Black.
Black is believed to be the intended victim based upon an incident he was involved with the prior day. In that incident, Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office trespassed Mr Black from a tanning salon after investigating allegations of voyeurism against him.
The Pinellas Sheriff’s Office confirms that Black was trespassed and charges are being forwarded to the State Attorney’s Office for review reference their report number 14-71042.
