UCF ranks 42nd in the nation on a new list of Best Values in Public Colleges released by Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine.
Several public universities in Florida made the annual Top 100 ranking, which based on such things as the total cost of education for in-state students, the four-year graduation rate and the average amount of debt that students have at graduation.
The University of Florida, the state’s unofficial flagship university in Gainesville, took the No. 3 spot nationally. It ranks first among Florida’s public universities.
