Uber Driver Goes Missing, Family Concerned

Pasco County deputies are looking for any leads in the disappearance of an Uber driver who has been missing since early Sunday morning.

Sean Golden, a father of two and part-time driver for the car service Uber, has not been heard from since Sunday morning. His relatives say he was driving for Uber for extra money.

According to police, sometime between 3:53 and 4:08 a.m. Sunday, he mysteriously vanished. His last known call was in the 4200 block of Tampania Avenue in Tampa, not far from St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital. There is the possibility he may have driven east from Tampa on Interstate 4.

Police say he was last seen at the Flying J located at 11555 East Sligh Avenue in Tampa, just after 4:30 a.m. Uber is cooperating with the search and helping as much as possible.
