Tampa Police say alcohol was likely a factor in a morning car crash that killed two teenagers.
18 year old Rishi Martinez and 14 year old Gyzelle Diaz died when their car went through a guardrail and into Tampa Bay on the Courtney Campbell Causeway service road.
A third teen got out of the submerged car with minor injuries.
There is no word yet who was driving.
