Police say at 2:10 p.m. Friday, deputies were called out to 2200 Gladys St. Apt #1302.
Officers made entry and found a mother and daughter who were deceased, each appeared to have gunshot wounds. Police say there is no immediate danger to the public. The residence was secure when officers arrived, and at present we are not seeking anyone else in connection with this case.
There are indications to support that the deaths may have been a double suicide, but the investigation is on going and detectives continue to explore the possibility of a murder suicide. The individuals had not been seen in several days and it is suspected that the deaths occurred prior to yesterday.
The indiviudals were identified as 46-year-old Elizabeth Genthner and 17-year-old Simonne Say.
