A bizarre incident at Orlando International Airport Friday morning has left a passenger dead.
The man was riding a tram from the main terminal to the gates when the employee operating the tram suddenly slammed on the brakes.
That caused the man, who was the only other person on the tram, to fly forward and through the from windshield.
He then fell 15 feet below to a grassy area.
The man was hospitalized on life support but has since died.
It’s not clear why the tram operator made the sudden stop.
