Tampa Police are investigating an argument that escalated into a shooting at a New Tampa apartment complex this morning.
The shooting at 6001 Palm Shadow Way is now a murder investigation. The victim appears to be a 38-year-old male who was found in a breezeway near his home. One man was taken into custody.
A 13-year-old was nearby at the time of the shooting but it is not clear if the teen is a witness to the shooting.
