He was last heard from Thursday at approximately 11:30 a.m. and officers are concerned for his safety.
Police say he left the Eagles Point Apartments, located at 14551 46th St. N. on foot.
Police describe Morgan as 6’2″, 180 pounds with curly brown hair. He was last seen wearing a grey V-neck shirt and black shorts.
