Officers say Leroy Carlyle, 29, was leaving the store when he was shot.
It is believed the shooter was in a silver Nissan. There was another group of men gathered nearby and detectives believe someone in that group may have been the intended target, not the victim.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
