According to authorities, two suspects entered the Baymont Inn, located at 3001 University Central Drive at 1:57 a.m. Monday.
One suspect held the night clerk at gun point while the second took all the money from a drawer. Both suspects fled out the front door and the clerk didn’t hear a vehicle leave the parking lot.
Patrol units, Air Service and K-9 units were on scene within minutes and searched the area with no success.
The suspects are described as two black males between 18 and 20 years old, both 5 foot 6 inches tall.
The first suspect has a thin build. He was last seen wearing a gray mask, tan long sleeve jacket, black pants and armed with a silver semi-automatic pistol.
The second suspect also has a thin build. He was last seen wearing a dark hooded jacket with black and white shorts.
