Both directions of North 22nd Street are closed between East Osborne Avenue and East Chelsea Street while the Tampa Water Department repairs a water main leak.
According to the Tampa Water Department, northbound traffic is being rerouted west on North Bay Street and southbound traffic is being rerouted west on Osborne Avenue.
Barricades and signs are located in the area to assist with traffic flow. Please use caution when traveling in the area.
The repair work is expected to be completed by 3:30 p.m. today. Restoration is expected to be completed with a return to routine traffic patterns by 3:30 p.m. Friday, October 10, weather conditions permitting.
