Motorcyclist Killed In Tampa Crash

A motorcyclist died at the scene of a crash on S. Dale Mabry Highway near W. Pearl Avenue, just south of Gandy Blvd., in Tampa on Sunday night.

According to Tampa Police, 46-year-old James Littleton of Tampa was riding his motorcycle northbound on Dale Mabry and struck a vehicle as it was pulling out of Pearl onto Dale Mabry. Littleton died at the scene.

The crash caused the northbound lanes on Dale Mabry closed for several hours.

The investigation is ongoing. There are no charges at this time.
