Man Arrested 24 Hours After Release From State Prison

A man was arrested just two days after he was released from state prison.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office says that a white male suspect entered the Race Trac at 11703 E. Dr. King Blvd in Seffner and approached the clerk with a knife demanding money.

The clerk complied and the suspect took off with an undisclosed amount of money. He was seen leaving the gas station on a silver bicycle.

Throughout the course of the investigation, detectives were able to identify the suspect as James Wesley Graham, of whom was released from state prison less than 24 hours prior to committing the crime. A warrant was issued for his
arrest on Monday and he was arrested on Tuesday.

He was charged with armed robbery of a business.
