An FBI agent “made it up as he went along” in order to prevent Sami Osmakac from committing crimes of terror against the bay area. Osmakac had planned to explode a bomb outside of Macdinton’s Irish Pub on South Howard and then continue onto the Seminole Hard Rock Casino as a way to negotiate the release of several Muslim prisoners.
