Zephyrhills police officer Tim Claussen has been fired after an internal investigation showed the 10 year veteran used excessive force on a person of interest.
Claussen went to the home of Lester Brown to question him about a recent theft from a store.
But somehow the interview ended with the officer Tasering Brown.
The investigation showed Brown did not verbally threaten or get physical with Claussen.
Claussen says he Tasered Brown because he would not follow instructions to show his hands.
