Tampa Police homicide detectives have now arrested a man in the fatal stabbing of a woman in her early 20’s. She has now been identified as Elizabeth Kain.
Police were called to the Ace Cash Express on North Florida Avenue around 1am by a passerby who saw a man and woman in the back parking lot appearing to be engaged in lewd behavior.
When officers arrived on scene, they found the woman unclothed and unresponsive, suffering from multiple stab wounds.
She was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital where she died from her injuries.
Detectives now arrested the man, who has just been identified as, Jeremy Reinert, who they say was with the woman when officers arrived on scene. He is currently in the Orient Jail.
