Monday Isaac impacts: Windy with tropical rain bands.

Tuesday Isaac west of Tampa Bay: Flooding rains and coastal flooding. If the track shifts west this would be less likely.

Tropics Update: Here are the latest stats from the National Hurricane Center on Tropical Storm Isaac:

Isaac increased maximum winds slightly at 8 am Friday to 50 mph. The center remains disorganized and hard to pinpoint. Since it is moving closer to Haiti, further intensification is unlikely.

Isaac is no longer expected to become a hurricane until it enters the east central Gulf. It spends most of the day Saturday over Cuba and then moves off the Cuban coastline Sunday afternoon and then the track west of Tampa Tuesday morning.
