A new survey ranks Tampa International Airport second best in America when it comes to customer satisfaction.
The J.D. Power and Associates survey says TIA gives passengers a good experience when it comes to check in, baggage claim, security, and parking.
It also has popular bars and restaurants.
TIA is in the middle of a billion dollars worth of expansion and upgrades that airport officials say will make the facility even more popular with travelers.
Portland International Airport ranked number one.
