Officers with the Orlando Police department have surrounded a burglar suspect inside a vacant restaurant who refuses to come out. The building is at the intersection of Semoran Boulevard and La Costa Drive.
According to police, a witness saw the man on the roof and called 9-1-1 at about 9 a.m. Wednesday.
When officers arrived, he escaped through a hole in the roof and won’t come out of the building. They believe he is hiding in the ceiling and are using tear gas to lure him out.
