Pedestrians and bicyclists who flout traffic laws are in for a big surprise in St. Petersburg.
Police are now writing tickets to people on two wheels and on foot who don’t follow laws applicable to them.
The crackdown comes after a dozen pedestrians and bicyclists were killed in collisions with vehicles last year.
And it comes after three months of warnings by police and an education campaign.
